What will I receive?
You will receive a digital PDF pattern that you can print for your own use or view on a screen. Each pattern includes charts, instructions, stitch diagrams where needed, a materials list, and supporting information for the design.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital download. No canvas, threads, printed booklet, or other physical materials will be shipped.
What canvas are Needlepoint Diva designs made for?
Needlepoint Diva designs are created for 18-count Zweigart Mono Canvas. If you choose to stitch a design on a different canvas count, you may need to adjust the threads and their thickness or number of strands so the coverage remains proportional to the new canvas count.
Do I need to use exactly the threads listed in the pattern?
No. Each PDF includes a materials list showing the threads used to stitch the model and suggested substitutions where appropriate. You can also substitute other threads or change the colors to suit your own preferences.
What if I have a question or get stuck while stitching?
Please email me at the.needlepoint.diva@gmail.com. If something in the chart or instructions is unclear, or you have a question while working on the design, don't hesitate to get in touch — I'll be happy to help.
How will I receive the file?
After your purchase is completed, your digital file will be delivered through Polar. Follow the download instructions shown after checkout and in the purchase confirmation.
Can I share the PDF with someone else?
No. The PDF is licensed to the purchaser for personal use and may not be copied, shared, distributed, uploaded, or resold.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes. You may print the PDF for your own personal use. A printed copy is still covered by the same license as the digital file: it may not be given to someone else, shared, copied for others, or sold.
Can I use the pattern in a class or stitching group?
Yes, but each participant must purchase her own copy of the pattern.
Can I sell the finished needlepoint?
Yes. You may sell or gift a finished piece that you personally stitched from the pattern.
Can I return a digital pattern?
Because this is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally not returnable once the file has been delivered or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please review the refund policy before purchasing.
What if I have trouble downloading my purchase?
Email the.needlepoint.diva@gmail.com and include the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of the problem. Do not send payment-card information.
