License

Personal-use license

What you can — and can't — do with a Needlepoint Diva PDF pattern.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

What you can do

When you buy a Needlepoint Diva pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Print the PDF for your own use, as many times as you like.
  • Stitch and finish as many pieces as you like — for yourself, for gifts, or for sale in small quantities.
  • Sell finished pieces you make from the pattern, with credit to Needlepoint Diva in the listing.
  • Use the finished piece in your own home, in a shop window, or in a craft fair.

What you can't do

  • Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the PDF itself — by upload, file-sharing, tutorial or any other means.
  • Modify the chart and redistribute it as a new pattern (in print or digital form).
  • Use the chart to train or fine-tune any AI/ML system.
  • Use the Needlepoint Diva name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement of a product, brand or political position.
  • Mass-produce finished pieces (for example, in a commercial factory setting) without written permission.

Attribution

Where attribution is required (for resale of finished pieces online), a line such as "Stitched from a Needlepoint Diva pattern" in the listing description is enough.

What happens if the license is broken

The license ends the moment it's broken. We may revoke access, request takedowns, or — in serious cases — pursue legal remedies. We'd rather not.

Teaching and kits

If you'd like to teach a class using a Needlepoint Diva pattern, or include one in a kit for sale, please email the.needlepoint.diva@gmail.com for a separate license.
